Is your family in dire straights at the thought of slight changes to our Health Care system that really don’t effect you unless you make $250,000 a year or more? Are you cringing at the idea that these socialists will be giving huge bags of money to insurance companies in order for them to deny you benefits you should have in the first place? WELL MY FRIENDS— YOU NEED A BUNKER.

Yes. A bunker. Chascates sends word from the Huffington Post. With just a few hundred Moon Bucks (as that is what we will be using for currency in our post-apocalyptic American society) you too can enjoy knowing that the Devil Beasts wont get to you— just yet.

Even though it’s only a matter of time before you are consumed in God’s Fire, at least you can sit in a box and contemplate your inevitable end for just “that much longer.” We consider this to be an important development. Perhaps, if you’re Christian, you can sit there and say “I TOLD YOU SO” to all the Godless swine festering about who didn’t heed your call to “repent.” Even though the Book of Revelations clearly states that those who are “chosen” will be taken from this earth, you can do your very best to stick around as long as possible. Why not? You have every right to say to the God you worship, “YOU CAN’T HAVE ME YET, JEEBUS. KEEP TRYIN’.” But we digress.

We’re gonna post the whole damn thing right here. It’s fucking amazing.

This was a bunker, supposedly built during the cold war, it is unique in that it is above ground. This property is located in a very remote; surrounded by BLM land for many miles.

It is the only private land for 12 miles. There are hidden caves which I will show to the new owner. These caves have not likely seen any humans besides myself and my boys.

The property comes with 2.3 acre feet of water, which needs to be drilled, but we have three thousand gallons of storage. We collect the rain and snow runoff from our roofs and that provides us with ample water for the year and then some. There are also a couple hundred thousand gallons stored very close which I will discuss with the new owner as well.

This house is not fancy or elegant but it is a great start for a true survivalist on a budget.

We do not have septic, instead, we re-use our gray water for gardening. As far as sewage, we do not produce any sewage other than a small amount from a high-tech toilet called a BIOLET. These are composting toilets that are amazing, check them out on the net.

Plenty of hunting; there are deer, rabbit, and quail on our property every day. The taxes are only $430 a year because we only have an acre. It feels like so much more property because the BLM land goes on and on. Step outside the front door and you can fire a pistol, throw knives, strip naked, whatever! We pay what little bills we have by way of an internet business, and this year we will have a number of TBH beehives (Plenty of wildflowers to harvest honey). We will happily teach these skills to the new owner.

There is no real garage but we built a cob house with a metal roof, it’s plenty big enough for a car although we use it for water storage. We paid 110K for the bunker then put 15K into framing, and drywall, another 5K into the heater and AC. Several thousand into our water system, and finally got the water from the state which was a grant, but if you tried to buy it, it would have cost around 25K. We are open to any reasonable offer!

This is a die-hard survivalist home so don’t bother buying it if you can’t handle the work and isolation. We are finally adapting and it took us three years. I live here with children who actually love it now that they have gotten used to it. We are moving to an area where we can build a cob house. The pictures do not include photos of the new cabinets, closet shelves, or heater and AC.
