Sarah Palin Will Not Have Any of This “Complaining” Nonsense

Sarah Palin’s quest to teach us the basic value of her character and moral virtue comes in various forms in her terrible book WHICH SHAN’T BE NAMED HERE. Basically, she lies. We do not believe she is aware of said lies, because she didn’t really write the book, but she may have wanted to read it before it went to copy.

Come jump on the Inconsistency Express, now leaving Wasilla Station! Media Matters sheds light on this awful mess.

Truly Harper-Collins has good reason to threaten anybody who DARES post various excerpts of America’s Finest Memoir. Just look at this little section about “complaning!” Sarah hates complainers.

Page 348:

I don’t like to hear people complain; I am always the first to say, “Buck up or stay in the truck.” You have a choice about how to react to circumstances. But I will state this complaint for the record: what used to be called “mainstream” national media are, in many respects, worthless as a source of factual information anymore. The sin of omission glares in their reporting. Perhaps national press outlets just don’t have the resources anymore to devote to balanced coverage. Perhaps they’ve all just given up on themselves, so we’ve given up on them, too, except to treat their shoddy reporting like a car crash — sometimes you just have to look.

Damn right! Sarah’s philosophy, “Shut up and drive.” Good point, Sarah! We are truly blessed to be fake-led by America’s fake-sweetheart. Okay, now to the funny part:

Media Matters published excerpts of complaints from the book — but in fact, most of the people who read this little website are well aware that Sarah’s favorite past-time is blaming other people for her own failings. While she may not be schizophrenic, she certainly carries a bit of acute paranoia with the understanding that it is not her who failed life, but life that failed her. There are dozens of examples of this in her book. Here’s our favorite!

We never imagined our critics would be so unscrupulous as to make a mockery of a serious issue like the ethics act. My state had been rocked by real ethics violations. We had lawmakers taking bribes and going to prison, the former administration’s chief of staff pleading guilty to a felony, and oil service executives ready to go to the clink. But now partisan operatives were using the reformed ethics to level charges against me that were as trivial as they were absurd — charges that were eagerly reported by the press as though they were actual news.

What a bass-ackwards way of doing the people’s business.

You see, Alaska is apparently America’s Most Corrupt State, according to former Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin. While Sarah was aware of the systematic corruption happening throughout her wolf-laden shores, she decided, if history is any indication (which it is,) that she didn’t have to say anything about it. Sarah Palin may or may not be making out with Ted Stevens on a daily basis. We will never know, because Sarah won’t say anything. She just wants to point out that, for some AWFUL reason, “ethics complaints” about her just kept coming up, while the rest of Alaska’s dirty politicians were getting away with bribery/murdering babies/being not-Republican. Thank you for pointing that out, Sarah.

Go and read the excerpts here. There are also eight pages of the damn book devoted to hate-fucking Katie Couric. Sarah Palin does not like Katie very much.

Why is everybody SO MEAN to poor Sarah? After all, she never complains about anything, and you people just keep SHOOTING HER DOWN. THE SHAME.

Where are the excerpts of her pulling a train with Todd & Levi? Katie Couric wouldn’t ask any gotcha questions about that.
