Do you like looking at ultrasound pictures of your soon-to-be child? Are you a Planned Parenthood doctor who wants to do your work? Do you generally believe that there is no case law on the planet that can refute Roe v. Wade?

If your answer is “yes” to any of these questions, you best not go to North Dakota right now, because the saddest sack of shit that can possibly be presented to a pathetically small and irrelevant state may impact like EVERY OTHER STATE EVER. It is a bill! And it is going through the State Legislature so fast that not even Sarah Palin could pump out another child in time to keep up with it.

The North Dakota House of Representatives passed a bill on Feb 19th 2009 which states that this picture is considered child pornography. The vote now goes to the North Dakota Senate for a vote. If passed, it means that if you post pictures of your ultrasound on Facebook, you run the risk of having to sign up for the sex offender registry.

So no more abortions! While there is no way that in reality this proposed legislation will make it through the courts (right?), it is getting more clear that manipulating decades old case law to protect the rights of a FERTILIZED EGG is apparently all the craze:

While Ruby has has sponsored other anti-abortion bills, it is unclear his motivation for this. While North Dekota is running record budget problems, it seems odd that he’d willingly force so many unwed teenagers into motherhood, where the state will be legally obligated to support them.

HMMMM… the State is running low on money? They are surely the only ones, as every other state in the union is doing OH MY GOD WE ARE ALL GOING TO BE JOBLESS AND POOR SOON. SHIT!! SHIT!!!!!! just fine! Those pro-choicers better shutup about this, as a pro-lifer is likely to kill anyone who attempts to dissuade it.
